Stayed in loads of lodges previously and this one stood out due to the little added extras such as doggy welcome pack and bathroom toiletries pack which included shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body wash all stuff which you would expect to get from a hotel. 「The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....
