"Great hotel and facilities. Lorraine and jenny were most attentive at breakfast times. Jahana was a friendly and charismatic manager. Areas for improvement- more plant-based, gut friendly options at mealtimes. House/keeping in terms of cleaning and tidying our room and replacing used glasses. Hotel is new and very modern otherwise."

"We booked a family room to stay for one night it was clean but needs a fresh coat of paint and also needs extra plug sockets so you've got somewhere to charge a device and plug a hair dryer in the beds for comfortable had a good night sleep"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a very comfortable, clean and cosy room. We asked reception for a fan and they brought us one, the fourth floor was extremely quiet although wifi reception up there not so good. Everything was clean, we had a lovely sea view and the windows opened which is a massive bonus. Night entertainment was really good, drinks priced reasonably and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty indeed. Lots of options available and a lovely dining area. This is our favorite hotel in Blackpool, very old, victorian and beautiful architecture. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff are pleasant too. "

"An excellent welcome, we were checked in quickly and in a friendly and helpful way. The room was fine, the bed very comfortable. No negative issues. Breakfast was reasonably priced and again the service was excellent. This is the second time we've stayed here and our experience has been positive both times."
