"Overall stay was ok yet was disappointed to hear after my 2nd night that car parking was free at the front of the hotel on arrival no one explained this and I ended up paying £40.50 for my stay and the breakfast was disappointing quality of the produce wasn't great."

"Had another lovely stay at the Waterfront. Rooms are big and spacious, and cleaned every day. We were there during some hot weather and air-con was a godsend. Staff were lovely. Our room looked over the lake and also the construction site next to the hotel. The workers started at 8 am which did not bother us but if you were looking for a lie in them might be a bit noisey. The hotel can’t help that but if you are booking and do not plan to be up early request a room away from that side."

The pool area and rooms were dated, our room over looked the pier, which was lovely, The hallway and rooms could just do with decorating and brightening up but wouldn’t stop us from staying there if going away for a night in Blackpool again."
