「The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. 「Host was really helpfull, letting us know where his recommendation to eat was before. The only problem for me being disabled, was not know about all the steps to get into the property. They were different sizes as well so didnt help either. Tim was very apologetic and was trying to come up with ideas, when he saw me struggling to get into the house. 」
