The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The gardens in St.Annes Square have improved& We really like Tiggis Italian restaurant & the cafe @ the front of the Pier. The promenade & the beach looked well kept & we enjoyed good weather.
