「On arrival we were allocated a room 526 on fifth floor however on checking room felt it was rather tired also some water ingress on windowsill where rain water had blown through. On request we changed room and allocated room 431 on floor below. Upon entering room there was a very strong smell of bleach from bathroom and similarly to last bedroom fixtures and fittings look tired and worn. Obviously attention needed to bring rooms up to acceptable standard. Worst of all we noticed remnants of...

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.」
