“Room was nice and overlooked Lord Street. Reception staff very accommodating, had several nice breakfasts and dinner. Bar drinks were good. No complaints. The bath/shower was a step up design and was super deep. Not sure it would work if you had disabilities.”

“Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. A damp smell in the room too. Told the hotel was full and couldn’t move to another room and had to go shower in another room. After we had left the hotel to attend an event were informed of another room (but the exhaust fans of kitchen can be loud) so they didn’t offer it to us at that time. Then while in……

“I was in a single room- number 7- and it was so quiet and peaceful- can honestly say the best night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Room was small but perfectly formed. Will definitely return”

“Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh.
