「The room and the public areas inside the hotel are clean and tidy. With the help of the staff at the front desk we are able to change for a better room.」

「There was no electric kettle provided inside the room. No hot water for drink. What a disappointment without such basic amenity. Beside the room size is really small. Although in London we cannot expect more but it is really small」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」
