「Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again.」

「John and Luke were excellent hosts, friendly helpful informative and fun. Our downstairs front Room 102 Amelia had a king-size bed very comfy, also good quality furniture with all needs catered for. Tastefully decoated and thought out. Bathroom was small but beautifully designed and the shower was really good. Plenty of tea and coffee, room service is your option as they prefer not to disturb. So thete is a place to leave notes of what you need. The front door was banged by guests late at night...
