Was slightly upset on afew things such as read they had wheelchair accessible parking for 6 i think but had no disabled bays cars parked in free for all had to leave keys at reception incase needed to be moved. Also said step free entrance which was also not the case and struggled to get to entrance for how cars were parked. Bed seemed like a small double which was rock hard next morning stripped the bed as we always do and wish hadnt when we see the state of the covers.and flooring very uneven. Guess we just picked up on things for disabled so may not be an issue for non disableds.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times,first 2 times were very good with nice rooms.This time i had probably the worst room in the hotel some old fashioned small thing.i told reception and they offered me another room that had better furniture but smelled horrendous and bugs were coming out ot the shower sink hole.Never again will i go there again,i was tellimg my guest how nice it was and was embarrased to explain the cleanliness of the rooms when booked in Cost me over 150 pound for one night.i may as well have stayed in one of the bed and breakfast round the corner for a lot lesser and same quality of room!

Yes the room was clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee etc The staff were very polite and welcoming had a lovely experience.will definitely go again. Restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was 1st class.

As always, the staff were excellent. Room was basic but clean and had all that was needed although the heating was suspect the first night. Meals were good. All in all, a good weekend stay.

I booked a family seaview room and expected to face the sea, but I actually faced another building. But if you looked to the left, you could see the sea! The floorboards in the room were so squeaky that they woke everyone up if you needed to visit the toilet in the night. The room was clean however and lovely selection of tea and coffee and plenty of towels. Breakfast was nice too.

Room 222A was big, clean, walk in shower, side sea view, walk in wardrobes and nice dressing table. Arrival was pretty straight forward and laura who checked us in was very helpful and went through the all inclusive with us. Bingo was good and the first game was free on the all inclusive basis along with the blackpool tram and bus transport also free . The food in the hotel was an excellent variety and was of great quality. The all inclusive drinks were branded alcohol and started from 12pm until 10pm. However i do strongly believe that the all inclusive should be untill 11pm. . Ash the duty manager was amazing. He was full of information and nice and chatty.
