"The convenience of where this property is located could easily get you anywhere in London as well as the rest of the UK. Its very modern and absolutely perfect for people that know they are going to be exploring all day. The bed was super comfy with drawers under that you could fit your whole suitcase in, as well as a safe drawer. The staff was plentiful and very helpful with the computerized checkin/checkout. We are older, so that was a blessing. Breakfast was amazing. It had everything for any breakfast tastes. Artisan breads, fruits, smoked salmon, eggs, sausage etc. No wait, just grab and go. A few homeless outside as its SO close the Victoria Station, but no issues. We would defo stay again, and even have looked for some of their other hotels while traveling. We've told family and friends in the US and UK that travel frequently to London. "

"I am an older woman travelling on my own. I felt safe and found the staff to be very helpful, kind and attentive. The room was spotless, there was a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. and fridge. The walk in shower and toiletries were lovely, also very clean. There was a tv, power point for usb, hair dryer, safe, iron and board. View of the London Eye and glimpses of The Houses of Westminster. The bed was just a little hard for me, I have a very soft mattress at home. The breakfast was expensive for the variety of food. The waiting staff were exceptional and very hard working."
