“Easy access to Heathrow and the tube”

“I stayed for three weeks to visit family, and I chose the Travelodge because it was so close to them. But generally speaking the location cannot be beat, the hotel is mere steps from the underground and Balham is a wonderful base for a London visit, with loads of shops and great restaurants. The hotel caters mainly to short stays of 1-2 nights, but once I settled in things went well. Staff is available around the clock, when I had to ask for help it was given. On the down side, there is no AC……

“Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor,”

“Friendly staff, great location”

“位置入口難找，網絡速度太慢，免費Wi-Fi只有30分鐘太少，鐵路在旁太吵難以入睡。桌子櫃桶不能打開。風筒欠奉。”

“Hotel is situated in a great location. Easy access to the tube, bar, and shopping. Hotel is average but I would definitely come back for the location. ”

“One lovely girl on reception but the rest of the staff on the desk seemed not to be able to work the check in system. Despite having booked on line including breakfast they couldn’t find my booking for ages and asked for my passport! I don’t carry one unless I am going abroad!!”
