Very professional staff, very pleasant and eminently approachable - we were made to feel very welcome! We booked a cosy room which, although quite small, was perfect big enough & had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!! My only slight criticism is the shower leaked but not too bad to put me off so if we’re ever in London and need an overnight in Kensington I would have no hesitation to book again!

We enjoyed everything about our recent Bailey's experience. Great location - right next to a tube station. Welcoming, professional staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Nice breakfast to start the day, nice hotel ar to end the day. Walkable neighborhood nearby, lots to see, and lots of food choices. We'd gladly return. Cheers.
