Decent location - just a short walk to West Brompton station or a little further to Earl's Court. The room was comfortable, provided enough space, and all of the amenities were good. The bed was comfy and of a good size. The staff were friendly and check-in/ check-out was seamless.

Great refurbished rooms, super helpful and kind staff with great facilities, lovely clean hotel and close by tube and bus station. Only downside was the slightly grimy street outside with constant presence of police or ambulances, however that is not the hotel's fault!

Refurbished hotel with great facilities.

The hotel was recently renovated and you could see yhe lobby had a fresh look, the room was nicely decorated, its was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good even though it was busy at certain times, would definitely stay here again.
