The lift did not work. We had to carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs as did the elderly people we saw. When we arrived they gave us a room that had a do not disturb sign on it. When I Went to customer service they said I should just go in anyway. I did not and asked them to come up. When he opened the door the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests.

Everything was great but the shuttle drive at 12:20 on Saturday June 3rd drive like an absolute maniac. It was terrifying and he gave no time for us to load bags before flying off.
