We already had a late check in time of 4pm but the room was then not ready until 4.45pm and we had to leave already for dinner and a show, so we didn't get a chance to get settled in our room / get changed and refreshed before going out. The staff were helpful and understanding and the room was lovely, in fact the hotel is beautiful with incredible views of London. We enjoyed the breakfast too, great service and plenty of food options. Overall a nice stay but check-in could have been handled better!

This is an amazing hotel. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was so special from the staff to the room and the incredible breakfast. It was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.
