Everything was great for an airport hotel especially the free buffet breakfast. It really doesn’t get much better. Our only complaint was with the shuttle service to the airport. On the way to T5 there were numerous stops at other hotels resulting in a 30 minute drive to the airport. That created extra stress that we didn’t need. It might be a good idea if the hotel advised customers of the half hour travel duration. All told… the hotel overall was excellent

Perfect location for a night’s stay & great breakfast before getting flight. 15 mins from London Heathrow T2 with free public transportation. It has become my regular place to stay the night before I fly back to US.

Direct access to both light rail and terminal 4 were perfect. Breakfast was also great. Only negative was the food options in the evening. The "ice cream" (if you can call it that) arrived at the table as soup, and the cheesecake had no flavor.

Very convenient and clean. Only one problem. We were scheduled to be picked up by a transfer service through Princess Cruise Line. We were told to meet at the WH Smith. I asked the gals at the hotel desk if there was only one WH Smith and they said “yes”. However, there are two… one at departures and one at arrivals… we missed our transfer and had to call a cab.
