From start with one of the best and friendliest check-in experiences ever, throughout the stay with the staff being courteous and available, breakfast being tasty, all the way through check-out which was quick and painless: This was a great and easy hotel experience. On top of it, it is modern, clean, well-maintained, and has a great location (3 mins to the Tower Hill subway station).

This hotel was amazing. In close proximity to the train and to the London tower. Very clean, comfortable and the staff was super friendly. We had no issues at all.

There was nothing VIP about this. The check in staff were very relaxed and took their time is getting me checked in. Room was very "tired" and run down. Did not receive any VIP treatment as per the confirmation. Sad experience.
