Having read all the great reviews of this property, we were disappointed overall with our stay experience. The hotel is dated. It feels very small and inferior compared to its park plaza immediate neighbour. Staff attentiveness was mixed. Some great, some not so. The cooked Breakfast at the weekend was a noticeable improvement in the greasy and rather poorly cooked breakfast during the week. Needs a refresh badly
