The checkin process was late, slow and disorganized… maybe need to book leads rooms or get mor desk and cleaning staff. The broken elevator was a real inconvenience Breakfast was over crowded and chaotic Fire alarm in the middle of the night was unfortunate, but also not well organized communications could have been a safety issue if situation were real emergency

We enjoyed our room size (Courtyard suite), as many hotels in Europe are always tiny. We had a King sized bed, which was nice, it was pretty hard. Our teen slept on the love seat, not ideal but made due. Lots of selection for breakfast. Downfall, many nights the fire alarm would go off. On our last night, we waited in the courtyard for quite sometime for us to go back to our room (probably around 2, but the time we got to go back in). The bathroom was bright and clean. The hotel is very large and finding your way is like a maze. One elevator, closest to the lobby, was out of order, but if you walk always, you can find another one. They did take our credit card, when checked in, but never showed us, at check out that there was no balance. When we get our bill, I will make sure they did not charge us for anything etc. The doormen were very friendly and helpful. Some staff were nice, others not so much. Overall, for the area you are in, it was worth the cost.

Great location, the building where my room was located only had one elevator that was very slow. Also when we got to the room electricity shut off and a plug in had to be changed. Overall good stay, nice breakfast. But for the price not sure if I would stay here again

Check in took 40 min and we git a classic room of barely 10square meters with a small dirty window overlooking a dirty wall corner(! ).. after complain we moved ( the next day!) to a bigger room, run out but less than the first and still not compliant with the internet photos of classic room. Expensive for the shabby status.

Pros: I will start off by saying that the hotel bed was incredibly comfortable. In addition, the breakfast area was beautiful. And the exterior of the hotel felt grand. Cons: service was terrible, sadly. Every front desk person I talked to was so cold and rude to me. All I was trying to do was check in. I will say that the one service highlight was the concierge man who was very friendly and nice when helping us store our luggage. But when staying at a nice hotel, service is what matters. And that’s where this property fell incredibly short. There was always a queue to talk to the front desk and the number of people who cut in front of me was insane. All in all the front desk left a bitter taste and really ruined this hotel stay for me.

I loved the room that we were provided, the service was absolutely excellent and it was obvious that meticulous detail was placed into ensuring that we had a comfortable experience. I absolutely adored the Taj and will definitely be going again (this is my second time thus far). It's already one of my favourite hotels and stays in London.

Absolutely loved the room, which was spacious and well-appointed. However, the sense of hospitality across all touch points was very inconsistent. The check-in process was slow, and it was quite difficult to get any smiles or warmth from the staff, which took away from the overall experience. On the positive side, the location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. With some improvements in customer service, this place could be fantastic.

This is a great property in a very nice neighborhood adjacent to the Buckingham Palace. This is our second time staying in this property. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and the dining options especially breakfast this time around. It has definitely gone down although the property has made efforts to remodel and upgrade some sections of the property. We ate at House of Ming twice - the food and service were both awesome! However the TH restaurant where they serve breakfast remains much to be asked for - the staff is rude, hot breakfast is disappointing to say the least and just overall seems to be a place with no discipline or proper management. I wish they improve the service because as a frequent traveller I would love to go back to this hotel again! The concierge and front reception service is quite good.

I had a wonderful stay at St. James Court Hotel. The rooms were elegant, clean, and comfortable, providing a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, yet it remained a peaceful haven. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Dining at the on-site restaurant was delightful, especially the breakfast. Overall, St. James Court Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a perfect stay.
