    Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Room very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast time was always quite busy, good buffet selection of hot and cold food readily available. We ate in the restaurant in the evening a couple of times, very friendly staff and enjoyable food. The hotel was a short walk from Alexanderplatz U and S bahn station which is easy to use and very efficient and economical . The Christmas market was very close to the hotel together with an enormous range of cafes, restaurants and amazing shopping. It was a great choice for seeing the city of Berlin with so much history, we really enjoyed ourselves and loved the city and its people! Would definitely choose this hotel chain again.…

    The hotel room was cery comfortable, although I found the lighting insufficient: there was a little desk with no direct daylight. I had to use my portable reading light in order to write some postcards or take notes in my journal. That’s a bit ridiculous. The lamps over the bed were also inappropriate as reading lights. During my stay wifi didn’t work in the room. This was hopefully a temporary issue. Otherwise the staff were great, the bathroom was v clean. I would definitely recommend it for a budget stay in Berlin. The hotel location is also great, a couple minutes walk to line U7, walking distance to several museums around Charlottenburg castle, not to mention the park and a nice riverside walk.…
