“They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. ”

“My stay at Nena Apartments was terrific. I am returning in a month. My room was clean, the bed was firm and comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped. When I reserved the room, I was concerned by pictures of the neighborhood in Google Maps; it looked as though there were no services. I found, however, that I could buy fresh brötchen every morning. There was a green grocer, a convenience store, and several restaurants. Access to transit was also convenient.”

“櫃檯人員相當親切友善。 所入住的客房隔音良好，除了隔壁房門開關時自己的房門會稍微震動之外都非常安靜 設施狀況皆良好，燈光擺設很舒服，網路很穩，浴室也沒有任何問題 不過浴簾有點短，洗澡時水還是會噴濺到外面去（乾濕分離並不是很徹底）”

“Hallo, der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption war total hilfsbereit, zusammen bekamen wir die Anmeldung auf dem Tablet hin.Ich konnte sogar schon eher auf mein Zimmer um meine Tasche abzustellen.Alles war neu und aufregend für mich.Mit der Schlüsselkarte fährst du in das richtige Stockwerk , öffnest deine Tür, schaltest das Licht an.Das Zimmer war fantastisch.Echt stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet.Das Bad superschön.An alles gedacht.Die kleine Küche funktional .Die Navht war ruhig.Ich habe mich sehr……
