Nice rooms, clean but very small and not much on offer besides a bed and shower. Surrounding area was very run down and filthy with lots of homeless people and dangerous sections.

12 minute walk from subway. Nice location. Super convenient. I did a day tour and it was only a 20 minute walk to meet my group. Cafe across the way was nice for breakfast. Yeah, what's not to like.

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. In a very convenient location, right next to the Alexa shopping mall and within 5 mins walk to Alexandra Platz station and Berlin TV tower. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy to get there by train from the airport. 40 mins train ride and 5 mins walk from the station to the property.

The motel was well located. Easy walk to everything - museums, food, groceries etc. The room was very clean and tidy. No kettle, but an excellent coffee machine downstairs. My only issue was the very busy train line right outside. And noisey rude Germans next door.

Central but not the best experience

Check in was easy and the location was about 7 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. Not a charming place though. Right across from the fire station and right next to the s-bahn. Both meant a lot of noise throughout the day (and night). Everything was nice and clean and the bed was made. Extra towels etc available. However, the bed was not at all comfortable; it felt like an old box matress where half the springs were broken. In combination with old foam pillows that felt like they were completely torn apart on the inside, i did not have a good nights sleep there. My neck and my back still hurts. The duvet was also not very comfortable or breathable. Aside from the sleeping conditions, everything was good and the quality matched the price i'd say. Conclusion: find somewhere else to stay outside of Mitte.

My only complaint is not enough plugs by the beds. Only 1 bedside had plugs. The train tracks were right outside our window which worried me at first, but it was not an issue. The room was not noisy at all.

Unless you have a fetisch for trains and want to stay up all night, this is not the place for you.. I literally felt that I was sleeping on the tracks getting run over every 20 minutes or so. Very clean and lovely staff so no shade on that whatsoever.

Bedroom issue

The hotel managed very well the situation that they didn’t had our 4 bedroom available. They provided us with two double bedrooms at their expense. It may have been an issue of holiday staffing but we were assigned with twice rooms that were not clean serviced. Other than that it was a great experience and well located

The staff was fantastic and helpful. There is no fridge, no coffee making facility. ( there are coffee and snack machines in the foyer ) room very small. Very close to Alexander Platz which is full of restaurants and shops. Two nights was enough as it is just that a bed and breakfast. Mind there is breakfast available there.
