The hotel is very nice and modern. The staff is friendly and the amenities are kept in good condition. My only complaint and it’s a big one, I booked a double room executive for 3 people. The booking very well makes it seem like you are booking two rooms with two beds, the pictures also lead you to believe this. I mean the name is double room?? What else could that mean? When you check in, they tell you know, it’s single room , they just name the king size beds double room . How does this make sense ??? In my opinion this very misleading and false advertisement. A hotel would be penalized and investigated in Canada where I live. You are not allowed to falsely advertise and mislead. The hotel was happy to help us and change the room though. Just a big mess around that should be avoided in the first place. You can’t not advertise a double room and say it’s a single, double means two , a pair, more than one. I hope they change this

I cannot imagine this is a 4/5-star hotel in CBD. Checkin takes 30min in the evening, very noisy during the night, even they already upgraded my suit to another, the glass-door in the bathroom cannot opened smoothly. Not recommended for a business trip as you cannot have an enjoyable sleep. I was like stay on the road…

食事はジュースがなかったのが残念でしたが美味しかったです。娘はとびっこの寿司がここにきて大好きになりました。ウェルカムドリンクサービスは３６階屋上階でいただきました。夜景が素晴らしかったです。プールも良かったです。近くにショッピングモールがあり、そこでも楽しめました。交通渋滞がひどいので、歩いて行ける範囲にいくつかモールがあるのは助かりました。娘たちも買い物を満喫できました。またジャカルタに滞在することがあればリピートしたいと思います。ホテルスタッフは皆さん親切でとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。
