Good location, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Beers, water and soft drinks in the minibar daily is a nice gift. Would recommend highly. Also, just a 20 minute walk from main train station.

This is a very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms and a good location near the old town. Breakfast was also delicious. I was grateful that I could drink freely from the refrigerator in the room. If I ever come to Dresden again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay, we loved it. Right in the heart of Dresden, everything is there and all sites walkable. The room was Beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and a big buffet. We had the use to the Executive lounge which was absolutely perfect. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa as they were booked but that’s my fault I didn’t book in time. LOVELY PLACE, Thanks again!!

Second stay at this wonderful small hotel. Nice spa, excellent service. Only drawback is the very small gym, which was taken over when we tried to use it by a personal trainer and his client. There wasn’t space for us, and so we left. Otherwise a great stay.

Excellent hotel! Staff was exceptional, including Arabella and Lucie and the guys on the evening shift. Room was absolutely quiet (facing the courtyard, the only thing I heard were church bells). The bathroom is cool, with the sink looking out into the room, with a separate room for toilet and completely closable shower, not like the half-doors which allow water to shoot on the floor. Location is perfect, across the street from Green Vault and Castle. Zwinger, churches, etc., also very close and walkable.

Good location, weird room

The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by beautiful buildings and lots of shops. The bakery around the corner makes some amazing cookies and other sweets. The hotel itself has many luxurious elements, though if you get a room on the first floor, you'll have to walk through their conference facilities. It was awkward to roll a suitcase through conference areas. The room I had seemed like it was converted from conference space into a guest room, with poor ventilation in bathroom areas. The "aromas" from the toilet fill the entire room. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but only in an upgraded room.

Hotel 4 star rating a stretch. Great KuDam location. Quiet. Good AC. Small plain lobby. Romms on small size need upgradi g but are clean. Poor lighting. Nothing on walls but for the price it succeeds.
