Have been staying there for 20 years. Standards definitely slipping. Third floor smelled of weed. Person on breakfast desk struggling to manage. Still good value for central London

The property was safe and well cared for. Rooms adequate and location ok. In room facilities were disappointing though and the steakhouse on site, exorbitantly priced for lunch and dinner.
