「Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay」

「Lovely quiet location with fabulous lake views . The room was spotless . Staff friendly and helpful」

「Very impressive, clean , very spacious and in a private quiet location on the site . I would highly recommend this 」

「We booked this lodge last minute for a half term holiday so we were very happy when we saw it was available for a reasonable price. For the price we paid we were happy with the quality of the lodge. It is in good condition, with the sofas and bed particularly comfortable, and the kitchen having all the necessities you require. The only issue we had was the shower was temperamental, alternating from the water being very hot to cold, but that didn’t spoil our stay here. The location was perfect...

「The accommodation was beautiful and every detail was catered for. The host was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was ordered and they delivered it in the morning. The food was delicious The hot tub was brilliant. The location was brilliant as we wanted to walk in the surrounding area」

「It was very family friendly and in a great location」

「Fantastic accommodation and setting. We loved our stay in the copper castle. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and the goats outside the accommodation are very friendly!」

「The Red Buoy is a unique place, full of character and homely creative touches. During the hot hot weather, the flat itself was thankfully cool (except for the bathroom and kitchen, but that was the sun's fault!) and the covered outdoor space was very welcome. The bed is comfy. It's a stone's throw to the most beautiful beach. I wish we could have stayed longer」

「Fantastic property! Very clean, very well equipped. Ren was a fantastic host! We had a great time!」

「The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「Fantastic stay in a beautiful quiet area ! Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「We loved our stay at the shepherds hut. It was cute and cosy and led to a very relaxing few days. The bed was comfortable, we had everything we could possibly need and I am still dreaming about the shower! Our dog enjoyed the enclosed field and being able to explore and listening to the owls and donkeys while chilling out in the hot tub is an experience we won’t forget. Would also recommend picking up a pizza from ganache in Holsworthy if you’re planning to stay here!」

「Very clean room, nice hosts, wonderful hot tub, amazing garden. No bad experiences. We are really happy that we chosen them. Looking forward to visit them again ones.」

「Booked this lodge last minute as we wanted to catch the heatwave. Absolute perfect location. We have been to the lakes several times but never bassenthwaite. Brought the paddle boards and literally a 30 seconds walk to the water. So quiet, stunning views, just perfect. Short drive into keswick too. The Lodge is really modern and was clean and well presented. Had everything you needed for a comfortable break away. In fact the only negative thing we could say is that we had to come home! Will be...

「Thank you to the host, everything was perfect. Recomended for all family!」
