“這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe……

“We had a great stay for one night to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly and attentive, the property is very new and fresh. I had contacted the hotel before hand to ask for a higher room and this was granted. When we came back from our show the staff had put in balloons and little message on the mirror wishing my son a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent and is walking distance to all the shows and some of……

“The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. ”

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……
