“A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.”

“We took this hotel to go to a concert at Wembley Stadium. It is only one station away using Marylebone Station. Also very close to Edgware road station and if you don’t mind walking, you can walk to Oxford street. Breakfast was reasonable and coffee was for free. There is a supermarket near by. Staff were super helpful. We had a small situation in the room and everyone coordinated to fix it. Would come back again!”

“À l'arrivée le divan lit n'était pas fait, mais on aurait pu le faire sans problème s'il ne semblait pas brisé. On ne trouvait pas comment faire tenir la tête et le pied alors c'était tout courbé. De plus, les draps pour le divan lit ont été mouillés par le fer à repasser dans l'armoire, ils étaient inutilisables. Dans leur message d'accueil, les propriétaires indiquent de les contacter par la messagerie d'Expédia, ce que j'ai fait pour avoir de l'aide pour le lit. Après plusieurs heures sans……

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“Bed was very comfy in the pod and I felt very safe. The toilet facilities were close by and a good size with all the facilities required. I thought at first (on seeing the pod from the outside) that I would find it claustrophobic inside it but I didn’t - once inside I felt I had sufficient room and felt totally fine. The only negative would be that because the pods were so close to each other/on top of each other you can hear your neighbour coming and going and I could hear the person above me……

“The breakfast was table service not full buffet but it was okay for free breakfast. The lady at check-in was very helpful. She checked us in early so i had more time to sleep. She was also very helpful and lovely to chat to. She went out of her way to find another room that was free that was able to check-in early. Very happy with her customer service”
