“This was a great hotel, very clean with helpful staff. We had an issue with the initial room assigned to us. However, Rakesh made sure to solve it very quickly. He provided us a new room that was perfect for our entire stay and helped ensure that our stay was comfortable. I was also able to work in the lobby/cafe area - great Internet and seating area for working. The daily cleaning service was perfect. We loved coming back to a fresh room each day.”

“Hotel in una posizione strategica per ogni tipo di spostamento. Camera singola davvero meravigliosa: letto ad una piazza e mezzo, bagno con una doccia spaziale, tv, aria condizionata e ogni tipo di confort. Addirittura una tote bag personalizzata, tappi per le orecchie, acqua in brick e tanto altro. Io sono stata divinamente. Vorrei fare un ringraziamento speciale alla reception su whatsapp chat, non fatevi spaventare dall’assenza di una reception “fisica” perchè sono davvero sempre presenti,……

“Pros :Great location. Room was good size for London. Bed is ok, quite comfortable. Cons: service not great. They can’t even help me call a taxi, which is strange for a hotel. Cleaning staff also not the most polite. ”
