“半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇”

“After 3 nights stay, I decided to extend my stay in the the small studio for two more nights. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience on the first evening that led me to leave the place altogether --- A BROWN MOUSE zipped back and forth from under the sink to under the bed multiple times, which was quite alarming. Concerned, I contacted management for assistance. While they offered another rooms (adjacent to the small studio, sharing a wall with the kitchen, and one above), I was……

“Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying.”

“we spent 6 nights here for a family vacation. it’s a nice neighborhood, around 8 mins fr the tube station with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Clifford was very responsive to our questions and requests. basic necessities provided such as towels, laundry wash, shower gels, shampoos, detergent… will definitely rebook for my next trip! ”

“It was a good stay for us. We were able to sleep well despite the trains. We took the bus from Kensal House to Ladebroke Grove and from there the underground. The bus station can be reached quickly via a flight of stairs. When we came back in the evening, there is a smaller Sansburry's right next to Ladebroke Grove station which is open until 23:00. ”

“The apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. Even had a washing machine that I didn’t know were there. The apartment is located up a stairway and the 2 bedrooms were upstairs so if stairs are a problem maybe reconsider. Loved the location! Very quiet as the apartment is located up an alley way. Lots of very popular restaurants around the corner and cute little boutique stores. Loved my visit and would definitely stay in this property again. ”
