倫敦漢默史密斯-富勒姆酒店住宿推介

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「the property had been closed and renovated and recently reopened. we liked its freshness and decor and its amenities. the water and milk supplied in the room's mini fridge were a very nice touch. it is so close to the Westfield mall and Shepherds Bush underground.」

「The room and property were petite but beautiful. The staff are absolutely fantastic and made our stay. We loved our washroom/shower facilities, the included breakfast was tasty and abundant, and the AC in the room was great. We would certainly stay again. We only wished our room would be services earlier in the day- as often it wasn't completed until 3:30-4pm.」

「Location is good, many shops nearby like Primark, Boots and supermarkets, but 10 mins walk from tube. Room condition is average, no slippers provided.」

「The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!」

「The shower facility water pipe outflow was not through. Water was spread out of the tank after shower. Others are satisfied. 」

「The location is good but the price is not as bargain as expected. Cleaning up requires registering at reception instead of hanging the sign provided. Air conditioning turned off automatically every night. I had to get up to turn on again. Water and the drain are slow.」

「As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree」

「Good hotel」

「Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly.」

「Great stay. We’ll be back」
