“Arrived London early at 8 am
am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning.
While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet.
Wish……

“The property is located on a cheap area of Kensignton. It is advertised for up to 4 people but the sofa bed is in no condition to sleep in. My chidred ended up sleeping on the floor. The rest of the apartment is old, the stairways are old and smelly and the surroundings are dirty. Definitely not worth the price. The apartment itself had a bad smell. Because of this, I had to check out after the first night of a fully prepaid stay and got no reimbursement.”

酒店位置佳，服务好，到店有人带领进房间并对房里设施做介绍，知道我们带了孩子，还准备了士兵玩偶及蜡笔画本做礼物，孩子好高兴，房间整洁干净，值得推荐
