「Good location and clean room」

「Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls. 「The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. There is also a bad smell from the drain. I wish they showed pictures of the bathroon in advance but i guess they trying co cover for it. I did love...

「Honestly don’t know how this place has any good reviews. For starters when you book you book a specific room… yet the room looked like nothing like the photos. The walls were dirty the floors were dirty. The shower was unusably dirty. The noise in the courtyard in front of our room kept us up all night. Thank god we were only staying one night. I would not recommend.」

「Hotel introduction says the room has the washing machine, but there was not. also, it was not mentioned that there's no lift in the apartment, which is different from our expectation. There is also not enough spaces to put the stuff in the bathroom e.g. no hook in the bathroom and also no space to put the toothbrush and the glass.」

「Shabby chic without the chic. Extremely compact bathroom (wash hand basin in the actual shower). But if you just want an average bed in an above average part of town and don't mind lugging your suitcase up stairs it's in a great position. London ain't cheap is all I can say!」

「Fin beliggenhed i Bayswater i roligt kvarter. God lille studielejlighed med gulvvarme - skønt i februar. Lidt kedeligt med afskærmede vinduer - persienner havde gjort det lidt mindre fængselsagtigt. Men alt i alt godt til prisen og kan anbefales til en forlænget weekend.」

「The property is located on a cheap area of Kensignton. It is advertised for up to 4 people but the sofa bed is in no condition to sleep in. My chidred ended up sleeping on the floor. The rest of the apartment is old, the stairways are old and smelly and the surroundings are dirty. Definitely not worth the price. The apartment itself had a bad smell. Because of this, I had to check out after the first night of a fully prepaid stay and got no reimbursement.」
