“Good location and clean room”

“We cannot express how pleased we were with our entire experience staying at The Hayden! We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! Luigi greeted us upon arrival and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean, adorably decorated, have big bathrooms, and a must for us - EXCELLENT air conditioning! “I had a wonderful stay at ND Hotel. The man on the desk was lovely, he went above and beyond to store my luggage prior to check in and then when I arrived later in the day to check in he had kindly taken my suitcase to my room. The room had all the basic facilities I needed: a fan and heater, a smart TV, a fridge. The only down side was the room was slightly dusty and could have done with a hoover and mop especially in places that were not initially visible by the eye eg under the bed. However,……

“Mycket bra läge på en lugn gata ett par minuter från två olika tunnelbanor (Queensway och Bayswater) och nära till Kensington Gardens. Tunnelbanespåret går dock just under huset så det störde en del sen kväll/natt, samt otroligt lyhörd byggnad så ta med öronproppar. Bra utrustat kök om man vill laga sin mat, vi åt endast frukost på rummet. Saknade något att torka av bordet med och torka disken med, i övrigt fanns det som vi behövde.”

“The Hyde Hotel is certainly not luxurious but is, most definitely, very convenient and in a beautiful area of London. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a quite run down and a bit noisy but for the price it is very adequate.”

“Hotel introduction says the room has the washing machine, but there was not. also, it was not mentioned that there's no lift in the apartment, which is different from our expectation. There is also not enough spaces to put the stuff in the bathroom e.g. no hook in the bathroom and also no space to put the toothbrush and the glass.”

“Wow - this hotel really lives up to the Six Senses ethos and brand values, we had an amazing time. The room was gorgeous, and each and every staff interaction was brilliant!”

“Bed was very uncomfortable , blind didn't fit window properly and had to be held down with something heavy but light still came in the sides, the emergency light of which there were 2 light the room up like a Christmas tree, the walls were so thin that the very noisy neighbours it felt like I was sharing a bed with them , came home completely wiped out , hand rail on the stairs wobbled in places, No visible staff on site”

“Property was not like the photos. Beds were rock hard, bathroom was full of mold and paint peeling off walls. We had an unwelcome person walk into our apartment without knocking while we were there. Apparently it was the maintenance man claiming there was a leak in our bathroom from the upstairs and claimed he was in our room earlier when we weren’t there. I started to question what he was doing opening our door and he started to get aggressive and ended up walking out. I immediately reported it……
