"We booked a family room, but they only give me a double room and a extract sofa bed, very tiny. Why charge me a family room price and provide a double room for me? Quene and ask for the reception for some paper, because the room is empty, they said: you can just walk to the restaurant and take it. I would like to order food from restaurant and takeaway to my room, they said i didnt have a reservation and ask me to come back half hours later to order. The first time to know that i need a reservation for takeaway. We ask that can we order first and come back one hours later to take it, they said no."
