"There is no check in at this property and we did not receive a welcome email providing check in details. We arrived and had to find a way to contact the property to then learn our apartment was not available. They sent us to another property of theirs that had barbed wire on the gate. It was not a good experience. "

"This was my second visit to this hotel as it was ideally situated for the places I had to visit in London. Within a minutes walk of Green Park and easy access to all the shops I wanted to visit. The hotel I am told is about to close to undergo major refurbishment, which would not be a bad thing as it is looking a little tired now in some areas. My booking and check in was handled with the utmost professionalism by well trained and polite staff members. I look forward to visiting again once...

"The Shepherd’s residence has several units. I wasn’t sure which one we had booked, until we got there. I had to call and someone came to provide us the keys. It was right across the street from Mayfayre House. The unit is in a great safe location, with several cute outdoor restaurants and if you walk a couple streets, you’re in the area of Mayfayre Area, Buckingham Palace and SoHo. "This apartment is actually better than it appears. It has an elevator, two floors, huge outdoor space and is in one of the most prime areas of London. Highly recommended and will be staying here again."
