We had a nice stay. Hotel well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. The room looked larger in pictures than it actually was. We didn't use the kitchenette except for morning coffee but it is a lovely set up. Great location as Victoria station is just a few minutes away by walking. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Would recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel with a unique offering having apartments as part of the mix. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with my daughter, and it make the entire trip better. Great staff, great facilities, and great location just off Victoria Station... would do it all again. The finishes on the hotel are amazing, and while it lists as a 4 star - definitely felt 5-star on what it offered. Will be back 100%.

There were several things we liked about this property. First, since we were staying for a week, the kitchenette was nice to prepare some of our meals. Second, the location was convenient being near Victoria Station. Third, having a laundry room enabled us to clean our clothes. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

My favorite place to stay in London! This hotel room had one of the nicest set ups, all very efficient, with a sitting area banquette too boot. It is in a great area, and everything is walkable. The staff are lovely too! Would definitely stay here again and recommend!
