“Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.”

“New property so things are in good condition. Toilet didn’t flush very well throughout the stay. There was a strange odour in the room but not so bad that it was uninhabitable. The staff had no idea there was a sofa bed. They initially had no idea what to do as we had booked a room for three (1 adult and 2 children) but they told me there were no rooms at the hotel with a sofa bed. Eventually a third member of staff confirmed there were sofa beds but that the other staff hadn’t been told……

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
