“The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke.

“Good value for the money 2 beds 2 toilet baths 1 shower needs fixing.”

“The apartment was very tired and had no reasonable sitting areas for our large group. The location was excellent for exploring London but I would not recommend this place as a suitable accommodation for elderly or people with walking difficulties as it is two flights up. There were insufficient towels and the general state of the entire place was dirty”

“I'd defo recommend my friends to stay here! ”
