「房間很乾淨，只是擺了兩張床後，空間變得很小，沒有收納空間。服務人員人很好，我半夜抵達時，他還幫我開門，給我房卡，告訴我房間位置及早餐時間。房間內有水及餅乾，可惜蘋果有點爛掉了。房間有暖氣設備真好，外面氣溫只有6°C，非常冷。」

「Our host was helpful when we needed help. The house was cluttered with personal items which made it seem chaotic. The house was not supplied with dish washer soap so we had to buy our own. The big bottles of toiletries were not useful just clutter. The freezer was filled with meat so not much space to put anything in. The photos I viewed for this property we're misleading in that they made the rooms appear much larger than they were and all the wardrobes in the rooms were not usable due to...

「The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself...

「The bed linning and towels were clean but everything else was dirty. The toilet was dirty, the balcony was awful, chewing gum underneath one of the beds, dusty everywhere, old juice in the fridge, only onw shower worked and the heating did not work. The owner had left two blow heaters and only one worked. I would never book this place again. Awful experience」
