"Didn’t have breakfast. Room was excellent but I had no shower gel in the shower or maybe the pump just wasn’t working and the same with the hand and body cream. The hair dryer wasn’t very good as it had no nozzle and stopped working half way through using it. Apart from these minor issues everything was excellent. "

"Im not a typical guest. I’m more concerned with the gym. Gym was amazing. Great WiFi connection throughout hotel. My only complaint was the bed frame was bolted down to frame, so couldn’t slide it to the side to stretch in the room 😂 great location. Would book again "

"Our entire experience was amazing here! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was kind and attentive. It was a great location!! Walking distance to 2 different tube lines and many local attractions. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again on our next trip to London. "
