“Clean and tidy place for our journey in Windermere.”

“Main property is generally clean and tidy. Major issues with all windows and doors though. Some can't even be opened, others can't be closed. Even when closed there are massive howling draughts from the seals or frames. Heating has to be on constant just to even it out. All of them need replacing. 2nd hot tub isn't a hottub, just a bath with a hot hose running to it. Kids 'pods' pretty unusable, 1 stinks of damp rot, the other is just musty. The 'gym' has 1 reasonable running machine, the rest……

“Great communication, wonderful location, beautiful house”

“We had the most fantastic 3 night stay - 15 of us & a dog. The house was spectular, kitchen fully equipped, large lounge and very spacious and comfortable for us all. 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus 3 bedrooms in the out house. Now to start with the games room - we utilised this daily night & day, with enough games to cater for us all. The host, Timo was extremely helpful and welcomed us upon arrival, always on the end of the phone if we had any queries. We will be back we had an amazing……

“Lovely holiday home with a fantastic view from the balcony/patio area, very close to the beach, and a great base to visit the vast array of places in the area. Good communication and information from Keith prior to arrival.Sadly disappointed by some cleanliness issues encountered, when finding rubbish under the beds and on top of the wardrobe in the twin room, a dirty windowsill in the bathroom, and kitchenware that we had to wash again prior to being able to use it. (I guess it was just missed……

“Property is well presented, I wouldn’t say it’s luxury though but lovely location. We did enjoy our time at the house. Great size kitchen but could do with new pans, more serving dishes/salad bowl/water jug/cocktail glasses/chopping boards (should have one for raw meat, one for cooked meat and one for fruit and veg) knives blunt too, again very tired looking. The garden was bit disappointing, boarders could look much nicer and would have been nice to have more than 2 sun loungers but I……
