「The flat was great. Clean and well stocked with standard kitchen and bath items. Door handles and latches need to be replaced. The doors don’t close and require use of a slide lock to keep closed and are out of alignment (loud to unlock at night/morning). Not a huge deal but something that could be upgraded to make it a nicer stay. 「Luxury apartment with 24 hours reception and house keeping. Only 5 minutes walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Adjacent to the museums. My room is on M/F which does not have any view, but is still bright and vey quiet. There are washing machine with drying function and dish washer. However, it will be nice if the tea bags can be refilled and body wash can be provided.」

「Ich war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht als ich die Unterkunft betreten habe. Es ist alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alle Geräte, Fußbodenheizung etc. hat funktioniert. Nichts kaputt oder schmuddelig. Auch das einchecken über Türcode und schlüsselkasten hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist überragend, höchste Dichte an Pubs und Restaurants. Trotz der Lautstärke Abends, hat man im Schlafzimmer nichts mitbekommen davon, somit konnte man gut schlafen! Die Kpche ist sehr schön, kaum...

「we spent 6 nights here for a family vacation. it’s a nice neighborhood, around 8 mins fr the tube station with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Clifford was very responsive to our questions and requests. basic necessities provided such as towels, laundry wash, shower gels, shampoos, detergent… will definitely rebook for my next trip! 」

「Stay was very pleasant. Basement studio was interesting concept and it worked very well. It's definitely not accessible but for us it worked fine. There was no mobile reception in the badement and due to our checking in link not working we were not able to get info about the wifi or anything else. NoHo answered to my questions very fast and I was able to get the room key even wothout official the check-in. Room was spacious and we slept just perfect. There was not a lot of noice from the traffic...

「We didn't actually end up staying in this location because it wasn't ready for us when we got there. They moved us to their upstairs location, which I actually preferred so much better! It has a small kitchen, two bathrooms and enough beds for our family of 5! It's in a pretty good location near Tower Bridge! 」
