Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, perfect for the three of us. We appreciated the supplied coffee pods and the apartment was well stocked with linens, towels, cleaning and bathroom supplies, clothes hangers etc. Having parking was a very nice feature (since the location isn’t that walkable to downtown Oxford, so having a car was necessary for us). The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor without a lift, so carrying up our luggage was good exercise! The location is a quiet residential neighborhood so we appreciated the peacefulness at night. Overall we thought the apartment was great value and very much suited our needs."
