“Property is a bit tired and grubby and would definitely particularly benefit from new bathroom tiles and kitchen cabinets. On the plus side the shower was decent, the kitchen was equipped with most things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. A really good location for our needs at a decent price.”

We could not contact the host and had our stay ruined
We had to spend nearly £200 on taxis, buses and trains as well as booking alternative (dearer) accommodation in Swindon (a different city)
Utterly shocking and absolutely spoiled our trip - had to traipse around Oxford with 2 massive cases all evening before travelling directly over 2 hr to our hotel”
