“This is an excellent house for a group of up to 12 people. It is spacious and spotless with comfortable beds and a very well-equipped kitchen, including two stoves/ovens and two sinks - great for eating in. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all together creating a huge socialising space. We noticed that any noise did not travel up to the bedrooms from the main room. The two showers are good and there is also a third toilet. The house offers the convenience of a large driveway with 4……

“Such a lovely house in a very quite location for our family gathering. Samantha was very helpful in setting up the beds into singles or doubles for us. All the bedrooms were large with views over the lawn with four modern bathrooms. Just over 10 minutes to the centre of Oxford. Would happily come again.”

“The house is a great layout although I feel that 2 TV's would be good for the downstairs living rather than having one in the master bedroom. We had a heating issue on arrival which meant the house was really cold and due to the type of heading ie underfloor it took a good 29 hours to warm the house up. So disappointing considering I had grandma with us who is 83 years old. The host did message but there was little she could do so we did feel somewhat let down we had to go out on Satuday as……

Bathtub upstairs wasn’t clean on the checking in night, and it was occupied by the host for 1hr before check out time, so we had to use the shower downstairs…”
