“We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The issue was its proximity (or lack thereof) to Oxford center or having any cafes or restaurants near by. Its location meant that any foray into Oxford even for good eating options needed you to drive in (it’s a 40 minute walk otherwise) and taking a car into Oxford isn’t a great experience.”
