"My elderly mother and I had a good stay at the apartment while visiting my child at Oxford U recently. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops in Summertown, and a bus route to the centre of Oxford. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all one needs. There is no fan in the bathroom, which was a big dark and musty, but otherwise tip-top. Walls in the building are thin, but the neighbours were all quiet so that was no problem. "Most wonderful place on earth! Gorgeous property, warm & attentive staff in every position and the most sublime food. I cannot say enough good things and the marvelous staff should all be commended. Peter who welcomed me at the car park, Becky & Theo at reception who settled me in to the lovely Hollyhock room in the main house. In dining Sarah in the lounge, Caoimhe in the dining room, Edith at breakfast - and all the staff whose names I sadly can't remember made me feel welcome as a solo...
