「Nice Place, would stay again!」

「The property was adequate for our needs but the whole place needed a thorough clean and some tlc. Garden furniture was in poor condition and only 4 chairs outside for a property that accommodates 14. Plenty of plates and cutlery, cups and glasses. Don’t think we’ll be going again. 」

「The host was to email me a few days before awith the address and access details but never did. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. The living room looked like a storage cupboard, with a full-size spare mattress stored upright and other...

「Well positioned in Cheltenham Town Center, very convenient for the town and wider Cotswold area. Apartment was well apointed and spotlessly clean with nice little extras (Proseco) to welcome us. Sandeep, the owner, was charming and cmmunicative. Highly recommended.」

「Lovely apartment but couldn't get oven to turn on or microwave which was child locked. Went through folder on fridge but nothing to help with this issue. Also only had a few satellite channels and very bad signal which meant we were stuck with one music station. 」
