“Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. ”

“The hotel was quaint and staff were friendly. We had a nice size room with a sitting area. Very clean. It was in a great location. Easy to walk to Hyde Park or Notting Hill. It was warm because there was no AC but we opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air.”

"There were no outlets near any of the mirrors in the room for using a hairdryer, and the bathroom only had a socket for shavers. The only outlet closest to a mirror was at the very bottom of the full-length mirror by the entrance—almost at floor level. Since the hairdryer’s cord was too short, trying to use it in front of a mirror in the room was pure frustration. The drop-off zone in front of the hotel entrance costs £7.20 and only allows a 10‑minute stay? That's insane."
