“This is one of the nicest properties we have ever rented. We are return visitors! Everything is clean, and the property is well appointed and comfortable. Laura is the most thoughtful and considerate host and a great communicator. ”

“Need more glassware in the kitchen. Need good instructions for the kitchen appliances for people who are not from the UK and don’t know exactly how these work. Need a bit more clarity on the bedroom and bathroom set up. Need to include that the property does have an elevator that goes up to the third level.”

“Probably as good a price you can get for a large group. This property does the job - but fair warning, the parking permit provided was not accepted by the parking management company. We got a £100 ticket on the 3rd day of our stay, and the hosts told us that there was no issue with the permit provided because we didn't get a ticket on the prior days! The parking company does not seem to agree! The host have not helped us resolve this and are not responding in a timely manner.”

“Diane was a lovely host of this whole home! PerfectSpace for our family of 4 to spread out and enjoy London at Christmas! The host was communicative and our check in and out was smooth- loved all the bedrooms. We cooked Christmas meals in the flat and had everything we needed! Cannot say enough about this place - we will be back! Thank you! ”

“Really nice stay. Located very nicely between Paddington and Notting Hill. Easy check-in & check-out process. Had washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, cutlery, hairdryer , iron & board , wifi , clean towels. Very nice stay, would recommend. The stairs to front door are steep so be careful especially if carrying heavy luggage. Found it difficult to open the lock with the keys, had to give it a few tries. Not very soundproofed from upstairs, can be noisy and even at night. All of above……
